Therapy looks a little different at
Sage Psychology
New offerings in 2024.
Matt began working as a psychologist in 2004.
Six years ago he revolutionised child psychology by combining child therapy with attachment psychology AND nature mentoring (scroll down to check it out).
He has now returned to work from an office two days per week. These are the days he will work with ADULTS.
Join Matt and his beautiful therapy dog, Brown Dog, at Dantien in Curtin, ACT. Matt will help you explore your current struggles while holding you safely in a deep, supportive therapeutic relationship.
Ideal for individual ADULTS.
Matt began his career using cognitive and social psychology techniques such as CBT and Narrative Therapy. He has since added relational and developmental techniques such as those from Attachment Psychology, Somatic Self Psychology, and Intersubjective Psychology. These help with those kinds of issues that don’t respond to advice or psychoeducation – the one’s that keep arising in your life again and again.
* Matt does not do diagnostic assessments (your name is your diagnosis).
** Matt does not do insurance work (including WorkCover, ComCare, Third Party).

Information is accurate in Aug 2024.
